NSCC launched ASPIRE 2A and 2A+ in October 2024, with 352 A100 and 320 H100 GPUs respectively. ASPIRE 2B launched in June 2026 with 1,536 H200 GPUs; NSCC included it in July resource allocations. The S$270 million grant supports computing infrastructure, research access and skills. Singapore's January 2026 National AI R&D Plan commits more than S$1 billion for 2025–2030. The Enterprise Compute Initiative provides cloud and consultancy support. IMDA's 2024 roadmap targets at least 300 MW of additional data-centre capacity.

  • The 2024 five-year AI package totals S$1B, reported as approximately US$744M by Computer Weekly on 19 February 2024. The January 2026 National AI R&D Plan adds more than S$1B for 2025–2030. Their funding periods overlap; the announcements do not itemise the NSCC grant’s relationship to both packages.
  • The NVIDIA partner allocation retains the 2024 ASPIRE 2A/2A+ scope: 672 GPUs. The programme hardware entries also include ASPIRE 2B.
  • IMDA’s 300 MW figure is the additional-capacity target in its May 2024 roadmap; the cited statement does not establish an allocation.
  • The committed dollar figure converts the S$270M grant at 1.3206 Singapore dollars per US dollar on 25 October 2024, the announcement’s date, from the Federal Reserve’s H.10 series distributed by FRED.
