• The $500B total is unverified: it represents the 5 GW campus aspiration, and the first-cluster financial commitment beyond Phase 1 is not publicly disclosed in primary sources. A previously cited $20B attributed to OpenAI via The National was incorrect — that article covered Aleria, a separate UAE AI venture, not Stargate UAE — and the figure has been removed pending a primary source for any first-cluster dollar attribution.
