Fluidstack's data centre campus on about 200 acres west of Madison Avenue, just outside the Okmulgee city limits in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, with Jane Street as its first tenant and a first phase that Fluidstack targets for September 2027. Early site work had started by August 2026, when the county floodplain administrator denied the development permit without prejudice, returning the application so that the landowner, Three Rivers Manufacturing, could address six deficiencies and resubmit.
