SB Energy's conversion of the former 3M campus, known locally as HighPoint 2222, at 6801 River Place Boulevard in northwest Austin: about 1.1 million square feet of office and lab space on 156 acres, including a turnkey data centre of 70 MW utility capacity and 50 MW of IT capacity leased for 15 years to an affiliate of SoftBank. SB Energy's filings listed the campus as under construction in September 2026, and Graphcore, its first occupant, is to use it as its US engineering headquarters.
