Fleet Data Centers' turnkey data centre and electrical substation on a 252-acre property in Storey County, Nevada, with 230 MW of utility capacity and 200 MW of critical IT capacity, leased in full for 197 months to an unnamed tenant rated AA- with a market capitalisation above $3 trillion. Fleet broke ground in May 2026 on this campus, at the southern end of USA Parkway, and on its Peru Ridge campus, and in September 2026 the state utilities commission approved a temporary 144 MW gas-fired plant for it, subject to air permits.
