Fleet Data Centers' turnkey data centre and electrical substation on a 517-acre property off Peru Drive in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, Storey County, Nevada, with 230 MW of utility capacity and 200 MW of critical IT capacity, leased in full for 197 months to an unnamed tenant rated AA- with a market capitalisation above $3 trillion. Fleet broke ground in May 2026 on this campus and on its South Valley campus, and in September 2026 the state utilities commission approved a temporary 218 MW gas-fired plant for it, subject to air permits.
