Cipher Digital's high-performance computing data centre on about 75 acres at Wink in Winkler County, Texas, a retrofit of its Bitcoin mining site, designed for 300 MW of gross capacity and 216 MW of critical IT load leased to Amazon Data Services for at least 15 years. Cipher delivered the first capacity and began collecting rent in August 2026, while the remaining Phase I halls were in fit-out and Phase II was under construction.
