NCHC’s Nano4 configuration has 1,760 H200 GPUs and 144 Blackwell GPUs in two GB200 NVL72 systems. Service began on 1 June 2026. NVIDIA supplies the accelerators; the earlier announced B300 component is not included in this count.

NCHC opened Nano4 for service on 1 June 2026. Its configuration includes 1,760 H200 GPUs and two GB200 NVL72 systems with 144 Blackwell GPUs between them. NVIDIA's May 2025 announcement also included an HGX B300 system; NCHC’s Nano4 specification lists H200 and GB200 NVL72 hardware, with no B300 entry. Taiwan has released TAIDE language models, beginning with TAIDE-LX-7B in April 2024. The AI Basic Act took effect on 14 January 2026. The Executive Yuan reported completion of the 2026 central-budget review in August; the statement gives no programme-specific AI appropriation.

  • The Nano4 counts use accelerator units: 220 nodes with eight H200 GPUs each, plus two GB200 NVL72 systems with 72 Blackwell GPUs each.
  • A current installed GPU count for the HGX B300 system in NVIDIA’s May 2025 announcement has not been established; it is excluded from the hardware total.
  • TechSoda reported a draft of approximately NT$200B (US$6.2B) in June 2025, including a proposed NT$90B (US$2.8B) expansion from science, construction and National Development Fund budgets. The report anticipated submission for Executive Yuan approval later that month.
  • The Cabinet’s August 2025 draft for FY2026 assigned NT$31.1B to the Ten AI Initiatives: NT$28B in the central budget and NT$3.1B from business and non-business funds. It then went to the legislature. The August 2026 central-budget completion statement gives no final programme amount.
  • The hardware entries cover the two named Nano4 configurations. They exclude other NCHC systems.
