Neither established facility ownership, operation or contracted capacity. TeraWulf’s filings did identify long-term leases at Lake Mariner in Barker, New York: the tenant was Core42, described as “a G42 company”. Core42 has a separate organisation record in Scrutica; those leases are not attributed to G42 in this dossier.
