An EDGAR full-text search on 19 August 2026 found G42 named in NVIDIA’s results release of 28 May 2025, among the partners in Stargate UAE, and in Cerebras’s filings; its reading that neither showed contracted capacity was wrong. Re-read on 25 September 2026, Cerebras’s filings record it: a statement of work effective 13 September 2023 has Cerebras supply “power, space, communication, operation, and management” for G42’s Condor Galaxy 1 cluster, and Cerebras’s registration statement of 30 September 2024 describes “a multi-year contract for related data center space and operational services”. TeraWulf’s filings identify long-term leases at Lake Mariner in Barker, New York, whose tenant is Core42, “a G42 company”, and TeraWulf’s presentation of 9 May 2025 says it “has a lease parent guaranty from G42”. Core42 has a separate organisation record in Scrutica, where its leases are recorded.
