Chips. One partition is held, so no facility figure is derived; the held partition’s count and source remain visible and nothing is substituted for its rate. Facility status is announced, not operational. Rates are the cited 16-bit figure per accelerator, FP16 or BF16 as its vendor prints it, never one the vendor labels FP8 or sparse. The peak adds the partitions’ peaks and is a theoretical aggregate, which does not measure one job’s throughput.
