PBIA sets out R$23.03B of planned investment for 2024–2028, including R$5.79B for infrastructure and AI development. Enterprise support combines loans and non-repayable funding. LNCC’s Santos Dumont upgrade was completed in July 2025; Eviden reported processing capacity of 18.85 PFLOPS.

The July 2025 supplier announcement supports 248 H100 GPUs (62 × 4), 144 Grace Hopper superchips (36 × 4) and 36 MI300A APUs (18 × 2). LNCC’s installed-system specifications independently report the same configurations.
Eviden reports 18.85 PFLOPS for the upgraded system. Its release does not identify the benchmark or numerical precision for that figure.
