VietnamPlus reported 22 operating DGX B200 systems at Viettel in March 2026. The science ministry’s February report dates the Hoa Lac system’s launch to February 6 and states performance of 1.5 EFLOPS at FP8. No per-GPU count is given in these accounts.

FPT announced a $200M AI Factory investment plan in April 2024. Its March 2026 update describes H100/H200 cloud services for customers across Vietnam and Japan and says HGX B300 access will follow. Vietnam’s AI infrastructure includes Viettel’s DGX B200 system at Hoa Lac and FPT’s commercial H100/H200 services. The science ministry reported Viettel’s system entering operation in February 2026; FPT’s $200M AI Factory investment plan dates to April 2024. Decree 160/2025 established the National Data Development Fund with VND 1T in initial state capital for data technologies and services, including AI. A proposed National AI Development Fund is a different institution. Reports of more than $7B in proposed AI and data-centre investments describe the wider market, without a common programme budget.
