Indosat supports Komdigi’s AI Center of Excellence with Cisco and NVIDIA. The July 2025 announcement describes a planned Blackwell AI factory and reports that 28 software vendors and startups already use Indosat’s NVIDIA infrastructure. It gives no itemised investment or GPU count for this project.

Indonesia’s 2025 AI roadmap proposed a sovereign AI fund for 2027–2029, with Danantara as its main operator and public and private financing. The proposal did not specify a fund size. Infrastructure projects have proceeded separately: Komdigi’s AI Center of Excellence with Indosat, Cisco and NVIDIA includes a planned Blackwell-based AI factory; KISTI reported the June 2026 launch of Korea–ASEAN-funded HPC infrastructure at BRIN for regional research.
