Stack Infrastructure NVA02 is a 10-building (6 for AI) data center campus, with a future IT power capacity of 350 MW for AI. Construction began Q4 2019, with their non-AI buildings finishing by Q4 2022. Construction ramped up in 2023, with the first high-density AI data center (containing two independent halls) becoming operational Q4 2024. Their progress indicates a 2028 finish date for the six total AI data centers.
