Capacity is a facility-power rollup (an estimate class — it mixes measured and estimated facility rows). Access classification is rule-derived from the export-control regimes. Countries with facilities but no classification are shown separately below.

Every figure derives from the same country join the Overview renders. Capacity splits are computed by summing facility-power capacity across the countries in each export-control access band; the public-owner and data-gap shares are the capacity-weighted rollup of the Compute Visibility materialized view. Capacity is a facility-power sum and is estimate-bearing in aggregate; access classifications are rule-derived (reviewed 2026-07-17).
