Notes
Second interconnection entry for TeraWulf's Cayuga site (companion to queue 1683). Same Milliken 115kV substation. TeraWulf's long-term ground lease at the former Cayuga coal plant in Lansing, Tompkins County is confirmed. The combined 1683+1733 capacity (88+162=250 MW) aligns with TeraWulf's stated 138 MW initial phase and up to 400 MW full buildout. Cayuga site is confirmed for AI/HPC, not crypto. | NEW DISCOVERY (companion to queue 1683). TeraWulf Cayuga is not in Epoch's frontier data centers CSV. Combined with 1683, this forms the full Cayuga site interconnection picture: 250 MW across two tranches at Milliken 115kV.
