Watchlist

Personal pin list of facilities, organizations, sovereign programs, chokepoint layers, and Pre-Scorer simulations — bookmarks kept in your browser's localStorage. The watchlist generates a per-list RSS subscription URL (/api/watchlist/rss?items=…) you can paste into any reader; each poll returns the current snapshot of each watched item, plus, for each watched facility, at most one recent ownership-control signal — the most recent of an ownership-change deal touching the operator's chain or a BIS-designation cascade closure reaching it, within the last 30 days. It is not a chronological event log: anything that landed and resolved between two polls won't surface. The bookmarks live with you, not on Scrutica.

The list also generates an RSS subscription URL whose poll output reflects each item's current state plus, where applicable, a single recent ownership-control signal per facility. It is not a chronological event log; an RSS reader's “new items” detection will surface state changes between polls but will miss anything that landed and resolved in between.
