Scrutica
Each Scrutica dataset ships with a versioned CSV, JSON Schema, methodology Markdown, Croissant JSON-LD, and a SHA-256 checksum. Cite the version + SHA-256 you actually used until Zenodo mints the DOI for the version you cite.

Pages that surface a derived number (e.g., $/petaFLOP-day, sovereign-AI exposure rollup, chokepoint cascade propagation) carry a per-page Cite thispanel in the header that emits a BibTeX shaped for online sources. The canonical form is below — replace the bracketed fields with the rendered page's title, the rendered as ofdate, the page URL, and the access date.

}For per-number provenance chains (which primary source produced the value, which Scrutica derivation step applied), open themethodologypage and follow the per-section anchors — every methodology section names the substrate columns, the derivation, and the citation chain for the numbers it covers.
Zenodo DOIs are minted per dataset version (a new version DOI per packaged release; a stable concept DOI per dataset that resolves to the latest version). The deposition is gated on a credential rotation outside this repo (ZENODO_TOKEN), and the citation blocks here will pivot to the minted DOI once data/derived/dataset_dois.jsoncarries a record. Until then the SHA-256 in the citation row is the load-bearing integrity anchor.
