A liquid-cooled AI data centre at Abernathy, Texas, designed for up to 240 MW of gross power and 168 MW of critical IT load, leased to Fluidstack under a 25-year lease with Google backing. A joint venture of TeraWulf and Fluidstack was building it in May 2026 for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026, and in July 2026 TeraWulf agreed to sell its 50.1% stake to an investor group led by Fluidstack.
