Stargate UAE: 5 GW AI campus in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. Partnership between OpenAI, G42, Oracle, NVIDIA, SoftBank, and Cisco. First 200 MW cluster expected live 2026; Phase 1 (1 GW) by end of 2027. Campus spans ~10 square miles. Dedicated power: natural gas turbines (baseload), 1.5 GW solar array, battery storage, backup from Barakah nuclear plant. Total investment: ~$30B.
