Rapidus Corporation’s IIM-1 semiconductor research and manufacturing facility in Chitose. The company describes the overall facility as under construction, with a pilot line operating from April 2025 and mass production planned for 2027. An ASML NXE:3800E delivery and installation announcement dates to 18 December 2024; successful EUV exposure followed on 1 April 2025.
