Polar Data Centers' fit-out of an existing building in Herøya Industrial Park, Porsgrunn, as a data centre of 41 MW IT load, on land leased from Siva Herøya; Polar described the site as ready for construction in May 2026, and in October 2026 it was still reported as a planned development. Polar signed a capacity agreement for the site with CoreWeave Norway AS in November 2025.
