Hut 8's AI data centre campus off LA 964 near St. Francisville in West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, with 330 MW of utility capacity and 245 MW of critical IT capacity leased for 15 years to Fluidstack, with Google backstopping the lease payments. Vertical construction began in the second quarter of 2026, and Hut 8 targets the first data hall for the second quarter of 2027.
