Hut 8's AI data centre campus on about 521 acres along FM 1694 outside Robstown in Nueces County, Texas, with 1,000 MW of utility capacity and 704 MW of IT capacity leased in two 352 MW leases to one unnamed tenant rated AA- or higher. Construction of Phase 1 and the campus substation was under way by August 2026, with the first data hall targeted for the third quarter of 2027 and site preparation started for Phase 2.
