Huawei's flagship self-built cloud data center in Gui'an New Area, Guizhou Province — described in primary-source government disclosures as Huawei's largest cloud DC globally. Operational from December 2021 after five years of construction; Phase 1 footprint ~480,000 m² across three sub-areas; designed operational capacity over 1,000,000 servers.
